About Asseco Poland

Asseco Poland S.A. is a software and IT services company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, with its registered office in Rzeszów. It heads the international Asseco Group and works for public institutions and uniformed services, including the Polish Ministry of National Defence, NATO and Frontex. Its unmanned systems business is run from Warsaw.

In September 2020 Asseco signed a contract with the Armament Inspectorate of the Polish Ministry of National Defence for micro-class unmanned aerial vehicles. Each set consists of four air vehicles, a command and control station and accessories; the observation head carries a daylight sensor and a thermal sensor for night operations.

Asseco also develops the Asseco Ground Control System in field, desktop and mobile versions, which is designed to be integrated with different unmanned platforms. Reference projects listed by the company include an operator panel for the Military Institute of Armament Technology (WITU), mapping UAV systems for the Lagos State Ministry of Science and Technology and a UAV operator training centre in Nigeria.
