About Autonomous Guard
Autonomous Guard is a publicly listed Israeli defence technology company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. It was formed by combining Skylock and BeeSense Sensor Systems, which operate as wholly owned subsidiaries, and it focuses on protecting borders and critical infrastructure. Its customers include ministries of defence and the interior, law-enforcement agencies, border guard and gendarmerie forces and operators of national infrastructure, served directly or through regional integrators.
Skylock develops counter-UAS systems for fixed sites, vehicles on the move and dismounted users. They combine radar and RF detection with GNSS takeover, precision jamming and controlled landing, and can be extended with hard-kill options up to kinetic interception. Skylock states that its systems are in use in more than 40 countries. In 2026 an Asian security customer, reported to be a regional police force, placed a follow-up order worth about $400,000 for Skylock's Skybeam system, which provides detection, jamming and interception, with delivery scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
BeeSense supplies integrated EO/IR and multi-sensor ISR systems for border and perimeter protection. In March 2026 the Israeli Ministry of Defense awarded the group two contracts worth about NIS 11.2 million, around NIS 7.2 million of them for follow-on orders of BeeSense observation systems. In February 2026 the company signed a memorandum of understanding worth about $1.9 million with an Indian security customer for BeeSense Bee 3 systems.
