About AviaNera Technologies

AviaNera Technologies a.s. is a Prague-based company of the Czech defence group CSG, registered in February 2025 and launched publicly in October 2025. Led by Pavel Čechal, it develops, produces and trades technologies for unmanned aerial systems, with a focus on propulsion and on vertical integration with other CSG companies in engines, electronics, warheads and ammunition. Its name refers to the Czech aviation tradition of Avia.

The engine portfolio comprises the MTJ300, MTJ400, MTJ900, MTJ1200 and MTJ1500 turbojets, the MTF4000 turbofan and the MTS70 turboshaft for VTOL platforms. According to the company, they are intended for aerial targets, loitering munitions, combat and attack drones, interceptors, C-UAS effectors and cruise and anti-ship missiles. AviaNera also builds hydraulic and pneumatic power packs for industrial use and supplies turbojets for civil drones and RC applications.

Through AviaNera, CSG acquired a 51 percent stake in MUST Solutions of Belgrade, a maker of a 300 N turbojet and a 4,000 N turbofan for UAS, whose research centre remains in Serbia. In July 2026 CSG announced a new technology centre for AviaNera in the Central Bohemian Region to prepare series production of drone propulsion, with up to 100 specialists planned.
