About Dominion Dynamics
Dominion Dynamics launched in June 2025 and builds sovereign defence capabilities for Canada and its allies, with a focus on the Arctic. Its AuraNet platform fuses imagery, signals, telemetry and human reporting for command and control and has been deployed with the Canadian Rangers in the High Arctic. Dominion Scout is planned as Canada's first Autonomous Collaborative Platform, an uncrewed combat aircraft that extends the reach of crewed fighters, with ITAR-free mission autonomy.
In June 2026 the company raised a CAD 139 million Series A led by Georgian, bringing total funding to CAD 169 million. It operates a manufacturing facility in Kanata, Ontario, and a development office in Toronto, and has announced a partnership with TENCORE to build uncrewed ground vehicles in Canada for Ukraine.
