About EvoLogics
EvoLogics GmbH is a maritime technology company headquartered in Berlin-Adlershof, Germany. It was founded in 2000 by a group of scientists and develops underwater acoustic communication and positioning systems, uncrewed vehicles and AI-based software for maritime users. It runs a sales office in Yorktown, Virginia, for North American customers and open-water test sites in Brandenburg.
Its product range covers acoustic modems and USBL transceivers in several frequency series, a USBL buoy, the Sonobot 5 uncrewed surface vehicle for surveys, the bio-inspired Quadroin and Poggy autonomous underwater vehicles, and a diver navigation system. According to Naval News, a Quadroin was sold to a NATO country in 2023 and took part in the NATO exercise REPMUS 2024. At REPMUS 2026 EvoLogics deployed a harbour protection sensor network in the Portuguese port of Sesimbra. The company also takes part in research projects such as MagnetoBot on ordnance detection in inland and coastal waters.
Together with Euroatlas of Bremen, EvoLogics develops the Greyshark autonomous underwater vehicle, contributing acoustics, sensors, underwater navigation and the AI software stack, while Euroatlas is responsible for the hardware and military sales. The vehicles communicate via EvoLogics’ S2C underwater acoustics. In November 2026 the two companies presented the first series-production Greyshark at Euronaval in Paris, with first deliveries to European government customers planned before the end of 2026.
