FACT Systems

FACT Systems GmbH is based in the Vorarlberger Wirtschaftspark in Götzis, Austria. The company develops laser duel simulation systems for training and simulation at police forces, customs, special units, armed forces and private security services.

Its portfolio comprises the THOR and LDS systems with central units, single sensors, head and leg units, a T-Shock unit, weapon lasers for pistols and long guns, scope and weapon laser sensors, a charging case and a settings tablet. With DDSS (Drone Defense Training), FACT Systems also offers a module for counter-drone training that has a 360-degree hit zone and, according to the company, is compatible with any drone.

In October 2024, FACT Systems was announced as the supplier of the Bundeswehr's “Duellsimulator Spezialkräfte” (DSim SpezKr), a laser-based combat simulation system of the THOR type whose main user is the Kommando Spezialkräfte (KSK).
