About Farsight Vision

Farsight Vision is a Ukrainian-Estonian defence technology company founded in 2023 by Viktoriia Yaremchuk (CEO) and Volodymyr Nepiuk (CTO). Its operating company, FarsightVision OÜ, is based in Tallinn, Estonia. The company develops software and hardware that turn photos and videos from drones into orthophotos and 2D and 3D terrain models for situational awareness and tactical planning. The original idea was to model and map enemy trench positions for Ukraine's Security and Defence Forces.

Its portfolio includes the FSV Platform, which combines UAV media and shares the resulting intelligence across units, the FSV Mapper, which processes media in GNSS-denied environments and with unstable connectivity, and the FSV App for 3D situational awareness and route planning. The company is also developing GPS-independent navigation modules for drones and ground robots that match onboard sensor data against previously generated 3D terrain models.

Farsight Vision describes itself as a provider of an integrated software environment for battlefield intelligence, mission planning and execution. Its AI-powered products cover the operational cycle from reconnaissance data collection and analytics to target detection, mission planning, kill chain coordination and autonomous navigation. The software is integrated with hardware manufacturers and with situational awareness and battlefield management systems such as Delta, ATAK, Kropyva and ComBat Vision, and is used across all branches of Ukraine's Defence Forces, from the microtactical edge to the operational level.

According to the company and media reports, its solutions have been used by Ukraine's Defence Forces since 2024. Farsight Vision is a member of the Ukrainian defence tech cluster Brave1 and names the Estonian Defence and Aerospace Industry Association among its partners. In February 2026 it raised €7.2 million in a seed round led by Axon Enterprise and the Estonian SmartCap Defence Fund, which it plans to use to integrate its products into a complete drone autonomy system and to develop its own hardware modules.
