About FlyFocus

FlyFocus sp. z o.o. designs and produces unmanned aerial vehicles in Poland for the civilian, military and law enforcement market. The company is registered in Warsaw, where its design office is also located, and offers product development and custom engineering services.

Its UAV range includes Polaris, a hand-launched fixed-wing aircraft that fits in a backpack and carries payloads such as EO/IR cameras, communication relays or SIGINT equipment, and Lemur, a VTOL fixed-wing aircraft for long-endurance missions with heavy payloads. CableGuard is a tethered system for continuous observation of strategic areas from 100 metres; the tether can be detached in flight. FlyFocus also supplies avionics, the Infini series of tethered power kits, ground equipment and payloads.

In the state-funded SZAFIR defence research programme, FlyFocus is part of a consortium with the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences that is developing a jamming-resistant magnetic navigation and anomaly detection system for unmanned platforms over maritime areas. In September 2025 Apator, FlyFocus and Phoenix Systems agreed to develop an FPV drone based on the next FlyFocus generation, with serial production in Poland aimed at future deliveries to the Polish Armed Forces.
