Joh. Springer's Erben

Joh. Springer's Erben is a Viennese gunmaker and arms dealer whose history goes back to the 1830s. The company sells custom-made and sporting firearms, runs a training centre with a shooting cinema and an auction house for hunting, sporting and collector weapons, and has taken part in law-enforcement tenders.

The company is now expanding into defence. According to managing director Christian Johann Springer, it acts as general importer and system integrator, with the Australian counter-drone specialist DroneShield as its main partner for drone detection and electronic drone defence aimed at the Austrian government market.
