About Knightwerx

Knightwerx Inc., based in Scottsdale, Arizona, develops tactical autonomous systems for modern warfare. The company says its team brings together special operations veterans, defence technologists and industry founders, and that its products are shaped by operator feedback and validated defence problems.

Its flagship UAS platform, SANDMAN, is an AI-enabled, modular and swarm-capable eVTOL designed for multi-mission use. The lightweight, backpackable and reusable system is intended for ISR and precision engagement in contested and denied environments and combines a small loitering munition with an overwatch platform. Its small logistical footprint, vertical take-off and landing, low acoustic signature and high-speed flight are meant to set it apart from traditional UAS, and it integrates with existing C4 systems to support the full F3EAD cycle (find, fix, finish, exploit, analyse and disseminate) on a single platform suitable for both cost-effective training and operational use.

According to the company, Knightwerx was recognised for low acoustic detectability at the US Army experimentation event T-REX 25-2, was selected in an xTech competition with a demonstration at Fort Irwin and completed the FUSE accelerator in Arizona.
