About Nordic Air Defence
Nordic Air Defence (NAD) is a Stockholm-based defence technology company co-founded by its CEO Karl Rosander. According to the company, its team brings together engineers from defence technology firms, former founders, policymakers and military personnel.
Its first counter-UAS product is the Kreuger 100, built on the Kreuger interceptor platform and presented in 2025 in civil and military versions. The K100XR variant is a battery-electric kinetic interceptor of about 0.5 kg, reported at more than 354 km/h and a range of over 3 km; it is designed to complete an intercept autonomously without a radio link, for example under electronic jamming.
In March 2026 NAD announced Nordic Air Defence Poland and signed a letter of intent with WB Group and Tantalit on integrating the K100XR into their counter-drone and command and control systems, including possible production or assembly in Poland.
