About NovAtel (Hexagon)

NovAtel is a Canadian manufacturer of high-precision positioning technology based in Calgary and part of Hexagon's Autonomy & Positioning division; it markets itself as Hexagon | NovAtel. Its products include GNSS receivers, antennas, inertial navigation systems and correction services.

For defence users, NovAtel offers assured positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) and navigation warfare technology. Its OEM7 receiver family provides multi-constellation, multi-frequency positioning, while the GPS Anti-Jam Technology (GAJT) antennas protect platforms from drones to armoured vehicles against jamming.

The GAJT-310 launched in December 2024 is the smallest and lightest member of the family, aimed at small platforms. GAJT antennas have been selected, among others, for armoured vehicles of the Canadian Army.
