STM Savunma Teknolojileri Mühendislik ve Ticaret A.Ş., founded in 1991 and based in Ankara, provides project management, systems engineering and technical consultancy for the Turkish defence sector.

Its activities span naval platforms, unmanned aerial systems, cybersecurity and IT. In the unmanned domain it is best known for the KARGU rotary-wing loitering munition; it has also contributed to naval programmes such as the frigate TCG Istanbul and to NATO projects.
