U&C UAS s.r.o. was registered in Prague in July 2022 by co-owners of the Ukrainian drone manufacturer DeViRo, which has built military drones since 2014. The company says it manufactures in the European Union, owns its intellectual property and runs a quality management system in line with ISO 9001. Seznam Zprávy describes it as a drone manufacturer from Kolín.

Its products are the STORK LR reconnaissance UAV, with a stated endurance of up to 5 h 30 min and a tactical range of up to 135 km; the MACE middle-strike loitering munition, with a range of up to 100 km and a warhead of up to 3.5 kg; and the CHASER counter-UAS interceptor with an integrated radar, listed as coming soon.

In May 2026 the company announced a contract to supply reconnaissance drones to US Army units in Europe through the US government contractor ATP Gov; value and quantities were not disclosed. US soldiers flew a STORK LR at the Hohenfels Training Area during a Combined Resolve exercise. In February 2026 it signed an agreement with TUNGA Aerospace Industries in India on UAV supply. In 2026 it took part in the Drone Summit in Riga and the Future Forces Forum.
