Laurynas Šatas is CEO of the Lithuanian Aktyvus Photonics Group, which develops laser-based precision targeting systems for tactical drones. With its subsidiary Tactical Photonics, the company produces Europe’s first ITAR-free, STANAG-3733-compliant laser targeting system for tactical drones. Aktyvus Photonics also supplies NATO system houses and EU-funded defence projects with electro-optical and photonic components.
