About Roboneers
Roboneers (legal entity Global Dynamics LLC) is a Ukrainian engineering company that has been building unmanned systems since 2014. It develops and manufactures unmanned ground vehicles, UAVs, anti-aircraft and situational-awareness solutions.
Its products include the Lynx UGV, the Saber remote weapon station and their combination SabLynx, as well as the WarDog UAV and the Shadow AI software.

UGV Gereon gets armed: ARX Robotics and Roboneers integrate the Saber weapon module
With the remotely operated Saber module from Roboneers, the Gereon UGV from ARX Robotics becomes a combat platform. The first integration tests have been completed, and the Ukrainian Armed Forces are to receive first systems before the end of 2026.
UGV against Starlink outages: Roboneers retrofits “Rys Pro” and “Rys+” with Wi-Fi antenna
Tunnels, forest or a Starlink unit hit by an FPV drone: for such cases, Roboneers is fitting its “Rys Pro” and “Rys+” UGV with an additional Wi-Fi channel. The “Rys+” also gets red light for maintenance at night.
Ground drones for Ukraine: ARX Robotics and Roboneers form ARX Industries joint venture
Through ARX Industries, ARX Robotics and Roboneers plan series production of the Rys Pro system in Germany and Ukraine, backed by both governments and with several thousand ground drones planned for the first year of operation.
