The manufacturing capacity of Quantum Systems in Germany is set to grow massively – the drone industry company presented corresponding plans at a press briefing. Against the backdrop of a deteriorating security situation for Europe and Germany, it is investing in advance “to move from the Zeitenwende to the Tatenwende” – from a turning point to action.

Founder Florian Seibel, who leads the company as co-CEO, told the media: “Quantum Systems has been active in Ukraine since the start of the war (-> latest news on the war in Ukraine). We have combat-proven, market-available systems and are ready to deliver what the Bundeswehr and its allies need.”

Drone industry between sovereignty and Tatenwende

Speaking for sales, Chief Sales Officer Martin Karkour said: “We must secure European sovereignty now, and do so with European technologies. Quantum Systems offers these with European production networks for unmanned systems. Our Family of Systems and software solutions offer an open architecture and thus the integration of all systems – right up to FCAS and MGCS.”

Susanne Wiegand, a new member of the manufacturer's advisory board, added: “What counts now is action. We must move from the Zeitenwende to the Tatenwende. Quantum Systems is ready to take the next step and is thus a role model for politics, business and society in making the drone dimension the flagship project of the Tatenwende.”
