Defence tech from Munich: ARX Robotics announces next growth phase and new brand
A new headquarters with production in Munich, an office in Berlin and twice as many employees by the end of 2026: defence tech provider ARX Robotics is expanding and presenting a new global brand identity.

ARX Robotics is going public with a new global brand identity and the next stage of its growth plans. The defence tech provider thus remains on a growth course and is laying the groundwork for its next development steps.
According to a recent press release, ARX Robotics is investing specifically in greater operational and industrial capacities in view of the changed security situation in Europe. In this way, the company aims to meet growing demand for autonomous defence technologies that can be deployed rapidly. While the sites in Ukraine and the United Kingdom are being expanded, ARX Robotics is currently also extending its presence in other key European markets.
Defence tech made in Munich: manufacturing to increase fivefold
A new headquarters including a production facility is currently being built in Munich to support further growth. Once the site is operational, ARX Robotics intends to increase its manufacturing capacity in Germany fivefold by the end of the year. In June 2026, an office in the capital, Berlin, will follow, intended to deepen exchange with stakeholders from defence and industry.
By the end of 2026, the total number of employees is to double. The company sees this as a sign of how rapidly the European defence ecosystem is growing and of its continued commitment to and investment in talent development, innovation and industrial capacity in Europe.
ARX Robotics has strengthened its position in the European defence sector in recent months. Contributing factors include extensive orders for unmanned ground vehicles (UGV) in Ukraine, several significant defence contracts and procurement programmes in Germany and the United Kingdom, and strategic partnerships with leading defence and technology companies.
At the same time, the company is presenting a new brand design, intended to reflect the expanded role of ARX Robotics in the European defence tech ecosystem and to underline its ambition to bridge technological innovation and operational readiness and so contribute lastingly to strengthening Europe's defence capability and sovereignty.
This is accompanied by a large-scale brand and recruiting campaign across digital channels, print and out-of-home media. The aim is to attract skilled professionals from all over Europe and thus support the next growth phase.
