About the company
About ARX Robotics
ARX Robotics GmbH was founded in 2021 by former Bundeswehr officers and is based in the Munich area (registered seat Oberding, new headquarters and production site in Munich). The company develops autonomous, modular unmanned ground systems (UGS) for reconnaissance, logistics, casualty evacuation and crisis response.
Its tracked Gereon platform family can carry several hundred kilograms of payload; a wheeled Hector variant targets speed and logistics. The in-house Mithra OS software stack provides autonomy, fleet management and interoperability and is also offered to retrofit legacy military vehicles with autonomous functions.
In 2025 ARX Robotics raised a 31 million euro Series A round to scale European production and has opened a subsidiary in the United Kingdom. Its systems have been delivered to Ukraine and several European armed forces.
