Elbit Systems C4I and Cyber

Elbit Systems C4I and Cyber Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Elbit Systems headquartered in Netanya, Israel. According to the group’s annual report, it serves the worldwide market for C4ISR systems, data links and radio communication systems, cyber intelligence, autonomous solutions and homeland security.

Its robotic and autonomous systems activity designs, integrates and deploys robotic and autonomy systems as well as LIDAR, UWB and PhysInt sensors, with solutions for autonomous swarms, human-machine teaming with unmanned ground platforms and military-grade tactical drones. Elbit’s robotic and autonomous portfolio includes the Dominion-X autonomous mission management software, the LANIUS-X drone-based attack munition, the MagniTUDE tactical attack drone, the MagniXor loitering munition, the FireFox-X drone-based weapon system and the DFNDR remotely operated drone station.

In December 2024 the Israel Ministry of Defence, through its Directorate of Defense Research & Development and together with the IDF Ground Forces, signed contracts worth about $40 million with Elbit for intelligence-collection drones able to operate in swarms, mission drones with ISR and attack capabilities, mini-drone-based strike solutions for urban missions and communication solutions for unmanned systems. FUSE, formerly Flying Production, which develops the THOR and X-Intra drones, operates as part of Elbit Systems C4I & Cyber.
